However, it’s important to make sure you and your loved ones are ready for TRICARE Open Season and to choose the best possible option for your future with US Family Health Plan (USFHP). **What is USFHP?** USFHP is a Department of Defense sponsored TRICARE Prime option. We are the only TRICARE plan to offer **Integrative Health Services** including **Acupuncture**, **Chiropractic Care**, and **Massage Therapy**. USFHP plans also feature **Enhanced Benefits** with an option to select **zero-cost** **Vision Care**, **Dental Care**, or a **$250 Annual Wellness Reimbursement** for services like Gym, Yoga, Zumba, or Martial Arts. This is all in addition to our standard no-cost preventive care, with the freedom to select your own primary care physician from across our network of over 20,000 top-rated medical professionals. **When Can You Choose USFHP?** Between November 11th and December 10th of 2024, you can choose USFHP and receive all the benefits listed above and more. With a reputation for outstanding customer service, USFHP prioritizes convenience with Simple, Enhanced, and Innovative healthcare solutions like dedicated care coordinators and telemedicine options, leading to high member satisfaction rates.  Enrolling in USFHP during TRICARE Open Season means choosing a healthcare plan designed to provide military families with peace of mind, convenience, and quality care year-round.   **How to Select USFHP During Open Season?** You can choose USFHP during TRICARE Open Season even if you are not currently insured through TRICARE. You can also switch plans depending on your preferences and needs, or update your plan to reflect any major life events such as a new addition to the family. Once you enroll and are accepted into the plan, your membership is automatically renewed each year. If you want to stay in your current USFHP TRICARE Prime health plan, you don’t have to take any action. You’ll continue in your current plan through 2025 or as long as you’re eligible. The enrollment period ends on December 10th.
