Hi FAM,
Hi FAM,
Often we take sleep for granted and don’t realize its importance to our daily health. I personally tend to sleep about an average of 4-5 hours a night. Statistics show that we should sleep for a minimum of 8 hours a night. We need sleep as much as we need to breathe and eat. While you’re sleeping, your body is busy tending to your physical and mental health and getting you ready for another day. US Family Health Plan a TRICARE—Prime option wants to inform you of the health risk you face by not getting a full night’s sleep.
Hi FAM,
Being a recent college graduate I took a couple months off after graduation to figure out what I wanted to do career wise. This decision was probably the biggest one I would make. I spent the majority of those two months in contemplation on what would be best for Siri. I wanted to be happy but I also needed to make enough money to pay off my college loans and leave me with just enough to splurge a little. Finding my passion and my WHY and incorporating it into my job hunt was the best decision I could make. It helped me find a career path that was fit for me.
