 In November 2015, the Consumer Assessment of Healthcare Providers and Systems (CAHPS) Survey reported a 91.5% overall satisfaction rating among US Family Health Plan members. This score is 33% higher than the national average of 68.5%.  US Family Health Plan has been providing quality healthcare to the military community – retirees and their families as well as active duty family members -- for over 30 years, as part of the TRICARE Prime Health Program. 

Thanksgiving holiday falls in November and marks a time of the year when families and loved ones come together to express gratitude for their shared blessings.  Some of the greatest blessings are the presence of family and loved ones, as well as our safety and well-being.  It is the official start of the holiday season -- a season that offers the opportunity for families to spend more time with each other.

November 11^th marks Veterans Day, a day where our country honors our American Veterans’ patriotism and selfless sacrifice for the common good.  US Family Health Plan raises a special salute all veterans who have served our country with honor and distinctive service.
