Defy the Odds: Living Past 110 More Likely Than You Think
So, what are the odds of living past 110 years old? In 2015, the earth was home to roughly half a million “centenarians” or people aged 100 and older. This figure is more than four times the amount in 1990. A recent study reported individuals who eat a high-quality healthy diet and do at least 30 minutes or more of daily exercise can increase life expectancy by 10 years.

Some may feel that going to the gym is a thing of the past. Considering the last year and a half, who can blame them! While it’s obviously important to maintain our ability to keep each other safe, it’s also important to kick the rocks on the sedentary lifestyles that we’ve taken up to remain safe during this pandemic. It's no wonder why by the end of January 2021, Bloomberg reported that not only are people returning back to the gym, they’re also including virtual programs from home, signaling people are ready to get back to their workout routines, regardless of where they are at.
